We are expertise in the following areas
This is the process that makes the glass four to five times stronger and safer than annealed or untreated glass. As a result, tempered glass is less likely to experience a thermal break. With heat-strengthened glass, the cooling process is slower, which means the compression strength is lower.
Safety: Once broken, the toughened glasses will shattered into particles. Thus, the possibility of its harm to body can be reduced.
High Strength: Usually, after toughening glass gains 80% surface strength which give protection during direct strike under the stress level.
Hardness: 3 - 4 times enhanced then the normal glass.Thermal Stability: With good thermal stability, to be able to withstand in temperature difference from outer in inner side of applied area of the glasses is three times as big as the common ones.Tempered Glass Type: Coated Glass, Pattern Glass, High Profile Reflective Glasses, Colour Glasses, Low-e .03 & SKN.
